What to include

  • The email address on your account, so we can locate the right user record.
  • A short description of what you are trying to do or what went wrong.
  • If reporting an error, the approximate time it happened and any error message you saw.
  • If a billing question, the date of the charge and any reference number from your Paddle receipt.

Please do not send sensitive information such as full credit card numbers or passwords. We never need either to help you, and our payment provider Paddle handles card details directly.
